Property and liablity claims

If you would like to notify us of a new property or liability claim, please complete the below form which rresponds to your
circumstances, and email to claims@interrisk.com.au. Please only complete sections of the claim form that are relevant to your claim.

Motor vehicle claims

At InterRISK, we believe the most effective claims method allows you to lodge over the phone without the need for a claim form. This means that when you to contact us directly, we can organise assessment and have your vehicle repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible.

Other claim notifications

If you would like to make claim which relates to another line of business please email your claim to claims@interrisk.com.au or call . The following information MUST be included in your Claim Notification:

  1. Name/Business name
  2. Contact telephone number/s (including country and area code)
  3. Nature of the loss/accident/incident
  4. Date of the loss
  5. Supporting documentation (if any)

Some insurers may require you to complete a claim form. At InterRISK, we will advise you if this is necessary.
